OFFER NEGOTIATED IF NOT AGREED
DOCUMENTATION COLLATED FROM BOTH LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
REFERENCES COMPLETED AND SIGNED OFF BY LANDLORD (IF UNSATISFACTORY, DISCUSSION AS TO WHETHER TO ACCEPT A GUARNATOR, MONEY UP FRONT OR REMARKETING THE PROPERTY SHOULD BE HELD)
UPON SATISFACTORY REFERENCES, LANDLORDS TO COMPLETE ANY AGREED TENANT REQUESTS E.G. INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE OR REPAINTING
GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED
PAYMENT OF FEES AND SIGNING OF TENANCY AGREEMENT
TENANTS TAKE KEYS AND OCCUPATION
