Initial ‘Move-In’ Monies

Typically, you will be asked to put down two weeks in rent as a ‘Fee of Intent’ plus the referencing and administration costs upon having your offer accepted – these are then deducted from the ‘Initial Move-In Monies’ as outlined above.

In the event that you and the Landlord agree an early termination of your contract, you will need to mitigate the Landlord against any loss of fees. Dependent on how/when contract is terminated. Dependent on how/when contract is terminated.
