Who Are We?

EastHaus was founded by Jenna Buck and Patrick Brady in 2016. Both Jenna and Patrick grew up in East London and have spent much of their careers in the property industry, working for some of the most prestigious real estate companies in the capital.

Why East London?

East London is a fantastically diverse part of the capital. It is fiercely independent, wonderfully creative and offers an eclectic mix of people, businesses, sights and sounds. We have a genuine passion and love for this part of London and are committed to championing other local independent businesses, as well as helping to promote the face of the East End. It is also where both of our founding partners grew up.

Why EastHaus

The quality of properties in East London has improved dramatically over recent years, but we believe the quality of service from local agents has not kept pace with that progress…until now.

EastHaus was created to bridge the gap between traditional estate agency and online agencies.

We own an office in E9, we do not simply lease a shop front. This means we are able to offer much more competitive fees than most other local agents.  

We qualify all applicants and conduct all the viewings. 

We negotiate offers on your behalf and we see the offers through to completion.

We recognise being open for longer is crucial in meeting the needs of clients and customers alike and therefore try to be as flexible as possible with viewing times to be able to cover early mornings, evenings and weekends.

With 90% of property searches starting online, we are committed to ensuring your property receives maximum exposure by utilising a full range of digital platforms.

EastHaus offer both a ‘let only’ and a ‘fully managed’ lettings service, where we are responsible for rent collection, property maintenance, tenant liaison, lease management and the coordination of any specialist services that may be required throughout the tenancy. At EastHaus we place particular importance on sourcing high quality tenants and minimising void periods for our Landlords wherever possible. We manage multiple properties of all shapes and sizes throughout East London and we put effective communication at the heart of our philosophy for managing property. On top of the high standards we set for ourselves, we also adhere to the codes of conduct and are members of the following regulatory bodies:

The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), who protect consumers and their money by holding members accountable to their codes of practice, and by providing Client Money Protection (CMP) where required by law;

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) Scheme, offering an Independent Redress Scheme to our clients and customers;

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), a government back deposit protection service which safeguards a tenant’s deposit throughout the tenancy and provides independent arbitration in case of a dispute.

At EastHaus, we have a dedicated marketing manager to ensure that we remain at the cutting edge of marketing and that your property is always in front of the right audience.

It is said that over 90% of buyers begin their property search online. We ensure we maximise reach not only by being on the two major property portals: Rightmove and Zoopla, but also by marketing your property through bespoke campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn.

Our professional website showcases your property 24/7, and with a notable increase in property searches from mobile devices, it is designed to be compatible with Android and Apple devices.

We take great care in capturing your property in the best possible light and work with some of the best property photographers in London to ensure our images reflect this. We will also stage your property where necessary, and can offer a full interior design service if required.

Along with professional photography and a floorplan, we will also have a bespoke brochure created for you.

Where appropriate, we will also showcase your property to buying agents, wealth managers and other property professionals to ensure no stone is left unturned.

We have built strong relationships with both local and national journalists, and where there may be an opportunity, we will also seek regional and national press coverage for your property.

EastHaus understand the importance of a multi-channel marketing approach and are committed to evolving with new media to ensure we continue to provide an exceptional service for our clients.

Opening Hours

We recognise being open for longer hours is crucial to meet our clients’ needs.

We are open from 08:30 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and we are also open Saturdays from 09:00 until 17:00.

Sunday / out of hours’ viewings are available by appointment to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of customers searching at any given time.


We work closely with key UK professional bodies to ensure that we adhere to the highest levels of accountability, including: The Property Ombudsman (TPO), National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), The Association for Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the government sanctioned Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
