Best Estate Agent Guide 2024: Easthaus rated in top 10% of estate agencies in the country

We don't normally shout about Estate Agency awards as the majority, if we're honest are a bit of a farce. However, the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards were founded with the aim of improving service standards in the property industry.

Unlike some other industry 'awards', you cannot pay to appear in this guide. It is a comprehensive review of the UK's c.13,000 sales and lettings agents. Using a combination of property listing data analysis and Google reviews to determine which Estate Agencies will make the cut to be listed.

All properties on the market are tracked against sales & lettings triggers to include the percentage of new instructions in an area, how quickly they sell or let, the percentage of price achieved and percentage that fall-through.

Those agencies that reached the scores required to be listed in the best estate agent guide are then rated as either exceptional or excellent.

We are super proud to have been awarded a rating of exceptional for our sales department, putting us in the top 10% of sale agents in the country.

This means that we are selling properties more quickly than our competitors, achieving the highest price asked to price achieved ratio and showing an outstanding level of customer service.

We were also awarded excellent for our lettings department, putting us in the top 20% of letting agents in the country.

For a small but very hard working team we are really proud of this achievement and believe our Google and Trustpilot reviews speak for themselves, proving our passion and ongoing dedication to changing people's opinions of Estate Agents one home at a time.
